Thanks a lot [~ajisakaa] for the feedback. I've attached another patch in this jira, here
I exposed a new metric named {{BalancerBandwidth}} on DataNode. Now, with this approach I'm
thinking jira subject/description and the proposed idea is not matching. Do we still have
any scope of supporting {{BalancerBandwidth}} command. If yes, I'm happy to create a separate
jira for the metric changes. Whats your opinion?
