Chris Nauroth updated HDFS-7833:
--------------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 2.8.0
     Hadoop Flags: Reviewed
           Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)

+1 for the patch. The test failure and checkstyle warnings in the last run were unrelated.
I committed this to trunk and branch-2. Eddy, thank you for the contribution.

> DataNode reconfiguration never recalculates {{FsDatasetImpl#validVolsRequired}}. This
may cause incorrect behavior of the {{dfs.datanode.failed.volumes.tolerated}} property if
reconfiguration causes the DataNode to run with a different total number of volumes.
