Thanks Jing for the comment on {{BlockManager}}. The 003 patch makes the suggested change.
I will add a new unit test in the next rev.

Also thanks for [~libo-intel]'s suggestion. I changed the variable name. I also tried updating
the {{writeParityCellsForLastStripe}} logic to use the new {{getInternalBlockLength}} method
to calculate the size of last parity cell, but it caused test failures. You can look at the
commented code in the method to find how I tried. Could you take a look and suggest how to
update it? I think we should make the calculation consistent with the util class. Thanks!
