Hi Allen.  It's unclear to me what this issue is requesting.  Can you please elaborate?  It
sounds like you want a customizable hook into the WebHDFS client's logic for delegation token
handling.  You mentioned initialization, but do you also need a hook into renewal and cancellation
too?

I'm not sure what kind of use case would motivate this customization.  Do you have some scenario
where your process already has a delegation token, and you'd prefer not to get a new token
for WebHDFS?  If so, then any further details about this scenario would be helpful.
