I understand about 1. I'll update.

I have a question about 2. Current `getBlocks` can handle striped blocks. So its length is
`m` + `k` (m data blocks and k parity blocks), right?
I think I can simply calculate storage space usage by adding all these block size in block
list returned from `getBlocks` because it includes data blocks and parity blocks. Is there
any oversight or misunderstanding?
