Great work Jing! I haven't finished reviewing the entire patch but below is what I have now:
# I updated title of HDFS-7339 to reflect the adjusted scope. 
# Should we use {{BlockInfo#isStriped}} to replace instanceof calls in all places?
# {{BlocksMap#removeBlock}}: why should we use capacity instead of numNodes for striped blocks?
