Thanks for taking care of this. As handling writing failure is essential to the EC support
in both DataNode and client (by HDFS-7344 and HDFS-7545), we have already some discussion
about it. Looks like we need to update the designs to reflect the discussion. When we upload
the initial codes or design there, would you help review them and provide your thoughts then?
I thought it will help to clarify how to collaborate and avoid duplicate effort in this aspect.
