[~arpitagarwal], in hadoop script in branch-2 we do not have a shift after storing the first
argument in COMMAND variable.
So $# would not change when this condition is hit..

In hdfs script in branch-2 though, there is a shift before the relevant condition is hit.
Hence the difference.
