Thanks [~arpitagarwal] for starting with the very useful feature.

I have few comments about the current patch.
1. {{isLazyPersist}} in FileStatus.java is not been assigned any value.
2.  I didn't understand this. Why assigned value is 0x10? why not 0x05..?
{code}+  LAZY_PERSIST = 0x10; // File with reduced durability guarantees.{code}
