Thanks [~cmccabe], it's sure that an outside cleanup tool is not too difficult or complex
to implement, and there are many ways which can satisfy the requirements. But if there's no
internal cleanup mechanism of HDFS, all users(across companies) need to write their own cleanup
tools respectively, lots of repeated work. Suppose that if HDFS can support an internal cleanup
mechanism, it's sure that this will be more convenient, do you agree this?

About snapshots, I think the behavior of a snapshotted file which is deleted by the TTL mechanism
is just the same as the behavior of a snapshotted file which is deleted by a user manually.
