Let's just remove all the links but leave the text. It seems to me that this solution leads to minimal confusion.

There are three external links in the current web UI. Two of them are in {{dfshealth.html}}, and one of them in {{explorer.html}}. [~tthompso], can you please submit a new patch that remove all external links? Thanks.
