Aaron T. Myers commented on HDFS-5709:

The javadoc issue is unrelated and is tracked by HADOOP-10325. The TestAuditLogs failure is
spurious and is tracked by HDFS-5882. The TestDFSUpgradeFromImage failure is because we need
to include the new binary file in order for that to pass.

Given that, I'm going to commit this momentarily.
