[~kihwal], thanks for the patch!
It provides two new dfsadmin CLIs. They are a bit different with that in the design doc. For
example, looks like pingDatanode is used here to replace the CLI getDatanodeInfo described
in the design doc, but pingDatanode doesn't return much information of upgrade status and
so on. Could you elaborate more on the difference?
