Fixing the following issues also in Name Node JSP page along with the issue at hand.

1. Node list table has broken borders.
2. Node list table has a column, whose column header reads "Block Pool Used (%) > Blocks
".  Renaming this column header to "Block Pool Used (%)".  This issue is most probably due
to a previous merge conflict.
