Colin Patrick McCabe updated HDFS-3731:
---------------------------------------

    Attachment: HDFS-3731.003.patch

This patch fixes the unit test. Specifically, it triggers lease recovery on the rbw files,
so that we can read them and checksum them properly.

We also retry when we try to open a file and get "Cannot obtain block length for LocatedBlock"
(lease recovery is an asynchronous process, so we can't be sure exactly when it will complete.)
