I was on vacation for last few days. So, I could not take a look on this.

Patch looking great Ivan, after your addition/correction to the doc.

One small nit:
zk1, zk2 &amp; zk3, --> zk1, zk2 & zk3
I have seen 
&amp;{code} is directly reflectibng as is in doc.

I am +1 on this doc by updating above nit.

@Surendra, Could you please follow this doc and setup the HA cluster with BookKeeper. Please
don't use your prior knowledge while setting up the cluster and provide your feedback if we
have missed any thing to document here. Thanks in advance Surendra, for your testing efforts.
