* EditLogFileInputStream: warn when skipping the last few bytes in a file.

* rename GarbageAfterTerminatorException#offset to numAfterTerminator.

* Rename FSImage#setEditLog to FSImage#setEditLogForTesting and add @VisibleForTesting annotation
to it

* avoid making some unecessary whitespace changes
