NullPointerException can be thrown as null check is not added in DFSClient and UpgradeManagerNamenode.

   Block newBlock = primary.getBlockInfo(last.getBlock());
   if newBlock comes null then NullPointerException will be thrown.

 UpgradeManagerNamenode.java
  uos = UpgradeObjectCollection.getDistributedUpgrades(-4,
            HdfsConstants.NodeType.NAME_NODE);

if uos will come null then NullPointerException will be thrown.
