of retries.Because continusly getting timeout exception also can be consider as some problem
in cluster environment.

There's a fair amount of code to support automatic retries with configurable policies for
IPC calls. Perhaps this could be adapted slightly and reused in the case of failures during
data transfer. The relevant code is all in "{{common/src/java/org/apache/hadoop/(io|ipc)}}".
