Hi Uma. Now that I look at this patch again, I realize that it doesn't quite do what I would
expect. It ends up including the available size of the last volume checked, but that's not
necessarily the volume with the most free space.

Instead, I think we should keep track of a {{maxAvailable}} variable, and then have the exception
read "Insufficient space for an additional block. Volume with the most available space has
N bytes free, configured block size is M."

Sorry that I didn't notice this in the earlier review.
