# Change the layout version to -31 to disallow upgrades from 0.20.203 to 0.21.

Release 204 changes:
# Change the layout version to -32 to disallow upgrades from 0.20.204 to 0.21.
# Change the editlog opcodes to be consistent with 0.21 and later releases
# Handle conflicting opcodes when upgrading from 0.20.203 release.
