When scanning the namenode UI for dead nodes, it is nice to know the length time they've been marked as dead. This way you can see things like:
1) Did a bunch of nodes go dead all at the same time?
2) Have some nodes been dead for a long time, while others have only just gone dead?

This patch was made in the FB tree internally by Hairong, so just needs to be ported to open source.
