Hairong Kuang commented on HDFS-198:
------------------------------------
org.apache.hadoop.dfs.LeaseExpiredException occurred in 0.18 might have been caused by this
bug: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-6498. The lease renewal thread might hang
on lease renew RPC.
Eli's description did not convince me. By default, a hard lease limit is 1 hour. 10 minutes
delay to renew lease won't cause a lease to expire.
