Just to be sure:
1) HDFS-729 introduced ClientProtocol.getCorruptFiles() so the new option is to display corrupted
files not blocks, right ?
2) What are the requirements for the new switch ? 
if invoke as "DFSck <path> -list-corrupted-files , will it list all files under <path>
that are corrupted 
3) How does this  issue relates to HFDS-1031
