Subject [jira] [Created] (HDFS-3267) TestBlocksWithNotEnoughRacks races with DN startup

TestBlocksWithNotEnoughRacks races with DN startup

                 Key: HDFS-3267
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-3267
             Project: Hadoop HDFS
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: test
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0
            Reporter: Todd Lipcon
            Assignee: Todd Lipcon
            Priority: Minor

In TestBlocksWithNotEnoughRacks.testCorruptBlockRereplicatedAcrossRacks, it restarts a DN,
and then proceeds to call "waitCorruptReplicas". But, because of HDFS-3266, it doesn't actually
wait very long while checking for the corrupt block to be reported. Since the DN starts back
up asynchronously, the test will fail if it starts too slowly.
