fsck reports the fs as healthy even when all replicas of a block are corrupted by overwriting
them with smaller content
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HDFS-2376
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-2376
             Project: Hadoop HDFS
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.20.205.0
            Reporter: Arpit Gupta

Here is the issue
1. Find all 3 replicas for a block
2. Corrupt the 3 blocks by overwriting them with smaller content
3. cat the file which had the above block (cat fails as content is not correct)
4. run fsck and fsck still reports the fs as healthy
