The hadoop-core-0.21-dev.jar is checked into the lib directory in hdfs
trunk. This was a change I made to it last Sunday.

svn log hadoop-core-0.21.0-dev.jar

HDFS-278. Pull in changes from version 793364 from common.

I think your workspace does not have this. If you do an "svn update" on your
workspace, it should compile fine.
