Ian,

You're subscribed to general@ but you attempted to unsubscribe from user@.

I agree that the email should have a HTTP link for a one-click
unsubscribe rather than requiring a multi-step email based process. On
the downside, such a link would allow anyone you forward the email on
to, to cancel your subscription on your behalf.
