Other PMCs I've been on, have dealt with this by contacting all PMC members which have been inactive on-list and in svn for a substantial time. Anyone who is not responsive could be voted to be M.I.A., which means they're no longer able to take part in the everyday's project oversight. But note that this does not improve the project's operability, it's more like housekeeping. Bernd
