Hello,

 
I've been perusing https://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/MountableHDFS in search of
a stand-alone file manager for HDFS. However, none of the listed resources
are useful.

 
Is there such a thing? I stumbled across HDFS File Explorer the link points
to redgate.com but redgate no longer providers HDFS File Explorer.

 
I also understand Hue provides a web based HDFS file browser, but that's not
a stand alone app (requires Hue web server & service).
