I am sure this question has been asked many times. I have tried searching t=
he mailing lists and also the faq.=0A=A0=0AGiven the various configuration =
parameters, is there so,mething that indicates whether they are site specif=
ic or job specific? For example I understand thathadoop.tmp.dir or mapred.j=
ob.tracker.http.address=A0are site-specific while things like mapred.reduce=
.tasks=A0is job specific.=A0 But there are other parameters such as tasktra=
cker.http.threads=A0that I am not clear is a part of the site or job.=0A=A0=
=0AIs there a way to determine which parameter goes where for admistrative =
purposes?
