Hi

How far have you gotten?  Did you follow the instructions in
http://wiki.apache.org/lucene-hadoop/GettingStartedWithHadoop for "Setting
up a larger cluster"?  Can you access the http ui on your jobtracker (port
50070) and your namenode (port 50030)?
