The code changes here also look fine. Maybe we drop the debug line in HttpServer2, but I'm
not picky.

I peeked at Yetus and it appears to apt-get maven from the default Xenial repo, and so should
be on the same version as me (3.3.9). Dunno why the build seems to work for precommit and
not for me. I'd be concerned about requiring 3.5.0 since it requires updating Yetus as well
as the Hadoop Dockerfile, and it's a worse out-of-the-box experience for devs.
