Failures related to landsat-pds happen when you go with a private endpoint; [testing.md|https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/trunk/hadoop-tools/hadoop-aws/src/site/markdown/tools/hadoop-aws/testing.md] tells you how to turn those tests off by giving an empty URL, or (better) you copy the AWS landsat file and save it somewhere local
