should be able to downgrade {{com.amazonaws.services.s3.internal.S3AbortableInputStream}}
logging to ERROR. Provided there are no other warnings of relevance. 

# We should to this in {{hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/conf/log4j.properties}}
as well as our own test runs
