Subject [jira] [Updated] (HADOOP-14305) S3A SSE tests won't run in parallel: Bad request in directory GetFileStatus
Date Tue, 25 Apr 2017 16:45:04 GMT

Steve Loughran updated HADOOP-14305:
    Resolution: Fixed
        Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)

+1 for branch 2, committed there too.

Steve: what's gone in changed the existing test a bit, but that was part of me syncing it
up with what's in trunk; the smaller the diff, the easier future maintenance.

> The S3a encryption tests all run in parallel (they were interfering with each other,
apparently). This adds ~1 min to the test runs.
> They should run in serial. That they fail when this is attempted due to Bad Auth problems
must be considered a serious problem, as is indicates issues related to working with SSE encryption
