distcp uses parameters
* from distcp-default.xml, which overrides hdfs-site.xml,yarn-site.xml,mapred-site.xml
* from -D in commandline.

I think we should add another way to set parameters to override distcp-default.xml. If distcp
runs with -D every time, it is boring. it is useful for adding distcp-site.xml
