I'd like to +1 this - I think we should note that deprecation warnings and fix them soon but
not necessarily before upgrading to this. I tried it on the s3 branch last week in various
US regions and had no problems - and I think all else being equal it would be better to upgrade.
Some of the DynamoDB APIs S3Guard is using were added relatively recently, and I think it's
quite likely there are some issues that have been fixed in more recent SDKs.
