Thank you to [~stevel@apache.org] for spotting the problem.  The allocation of the containers
is done in {{AzureBlobStorageTestAccount}}, but they are never cleaned up.  Let's explore
cleaning them up automatically, or possibly just reusing the same container each time if that's
feasible.
