    Fix Version/s: 3.0.0-alpha2
     Release Note: 
Hadoop's javadoc jars should be significantly smaller, and contain only javadoc.

As a related cleanup, the dummy hadoop-dist-* jars are no longer generated as part of the
           Status: Resolved  (was: Patch Available)
