Squash your commits.  If you look at the .patch file generated (https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/apache/hadoop/pull/125.patch)
S3AIncrementalOutputStream.java is definitely there.

Before the question gets asked, Yetus can't use the .diff version (with all the merge bits
resolved) because the .diff version doesn't include binary artifacts.
