Subject [jira] [Updated] (HADOOP-13539) KMS's zookeeper-based secret manager should be consistent when failed to remove node

Xiao Chen updated HADOOP-13539:
-------------------------------
    Attachment: HADOOP-13539.01.patch

Patch 1 to express the idea.

Current behavior seems pretty odd: fail to remove master key = debug log; fail to remove a
token = RTE.
New behavior is to log a warn with some description indicating this maybe harmless, with the
actual exception.

[~andrew.wang], would you have time to review this? Thanks much!

> In {{ZKDelegationTokenSecretManager}}, the 2 methods {{removeStoredMasterKey}} and {{removeStoredToken}}
are very much alike, yet handles exception differently. We should not throw RTE if a node
cannot be removed - logging is enough.
