Jason, Limited Private is, to me, dangerous, as it can create the false impression to people
maintaining the code that they can edit the methods without thinking about downstream use.
anything tagged limited private for MAPREDUCE is essentially something which all YARN apps
are likely to need. If you look at distributed shell's use of things, from UGI up, this is
