[~anu], I can see Yarn/MR2 as part of Hadoop call into WritableRpcEngine#call from the call
graph. I still think we should refactor logSlowRpcCalls from ProtobufRpcEngine.java to Server.java.
Once we have that, changes in ProtobufRpcEngine and WritableRPCEngine should be minimal and
straightforward.
