Thanks for the input. I have one small doubt, wouldn't the stack be from the line i throw
exception and doesn't matter where i create the exception object.? please correct me if i
am wrong

as 1.7+ java provides support for this. org.apache.hadoop.io.MultipleIOException can be deprecated
as for now
