Larry McCay commented on HADOOP-12076:

I think that given the fact that the keystore is already caching the values as we expected
to do in the caching within the keystore provider that I will remove the external cache rather
than complete it.

Can anyone think of any reason to have an additional cache beyond the keystore itself?
