Alejandro Abdelnur updated HADOOP-11071:

new patch, previous patch was not correct as the draining was done in the wrong abstraction
and it was not covering the server side correctly. Also added testcase that verifies draining
on both client and server side. And, I've verified with HDFS-7006 as well.
