Another reason to let OpensslCipher#getInstance able to accept same transformation as {{javax.crypto.Cipher#getInstance}}
is: 
* If user uses {{OpensslCipher}} directly, he can use same parameter to get instance, and
the transformation parameter may be saved and used in future for decryption..
