First of all, Bigtop is definitely *not* jut for x86_64. If you see bugs -- we'd appreciate
bug reports.

Second of all, RPMs (or any other packaging) is not just about wrapping bits into an archive.
If you want that you know where to get fpm and run it on the result of Hadoop build (single
command and you're done!). Proper packaging required hooks into the underlying OS such as
init.d/systemd scripts, etc. I'm not sure Hadoop as a project would be perfectly suited for
maintaining those.
