forgot to mention, 2 additional thingies:

Got rid of the special header to signal delegation token response as this would break things
when a new client interacts with an old server.

Got rid of the custom user name param in HttpFS that was used for both pseudo auth (user.name
query string param) and do-as (doas query string param). This check is not necessary as we
are not using the username to create a user, but to refer to an existing one.
